When you place an order we will ask you to provide your payment details as well as contactable details such as email address, contact number and your home address. Without this information we would not be able to continue processing the order. The contactable information is needed to inform you if there are any problems or delays with your order. We may, unless you requested differently, pass the contactable information to our courier or any other agent that may be involved in the delivery of your order.
We will keep you aware of new products and offers. If you do not wish to receive this information please email us.
H & D Diamonds Ltd will not store and process personal information you have submitted. We will not forward, publish or divulge your data to anyone who is not part of our company.

All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include free delivery with Royal Mail recorded delivery within Mainland UK. When Royal Mail is unavailable deliveries will be sent by courier. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail Swiftair Recorded Service. We offer free delivery for overseas orders with a total value of greater than £250 Sterling. Overseas orders with an order value below £250 sterling will be subject to a delivery charge which will be indicated to you by email. H & D diamonds reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.
We aim to deliver within seven working days of the order for items that are not bespoke. Bespoke Jewelry will normally be delivered between 10 to 14 days depending on the item purchased. To prevent disappointment, if you have a specific date requirement please contact us. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and/or delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date, or arrange a refund. If you have any questions regarding delivery please e-mail us quoting your order number.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it back to us within 30 days of delivery as long as the goods are in the same condition they were sent and we will exchange or fully refund you. Returns should be made with Royal Mail special delivery service. Returns can only be done for jewellery that is not bespoke or been re-sized to fit. Re-sizing a ring will incur an extra cost. We will not refund goods that have been exchanged.
When returning goods you must also send a cover letter with your name, order number, reason of return and specific instructions of how you wish to proceed (e.g. ring sizing to ‘new size’, exchange product to ‘product code’ or refund).
Earrings will not be refunded.
If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us within 10 days of delivery and we will refund any return postage costs. If you do not inform us within 10 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery.
